Warranty

Haoch, Inc.(“Tastee”) offers a limited 1-year Warranty (the “Warranty”). To activate the warranty, please register your product on our website within 30 days of purchase.
Please note that this Warranty becomes valid from the date of the initial retail purchase and that the Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Our after-sales service is available for products purchased directly from Tastee or authorized retailers. If you purchased our product from an unauthorized source, please contact the seller for return and warranty inquiries.
Please be aware that this Warranty supersedes all other warranties and constitutes the entire agreement between the consumer and Tastee.

We may ask you to please submit, via email, photos and/or video of the issue you are experiencing. This is to help us better assess the matter and possibly offer a quick fix. Photos and/or video may also be required to determine warranty eligibility.

One (1) Year Limited Consumer Product Warranty:

Tastee warrants that the product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 years from the date of original purchase (“Limited Warranty Period”), provided the product was used in accordance with its use and care instructions (e.g. in the intended environment and under normal circumstances).

Extended Warranty:

Purchase Tastee Extended Warranty Plan for an additional one (1) year from the date of original purchase in the U.S. 

This warranty does not cover:

  1. Misuse or improper handling of the air fryer.
  2. Accidental damage or physical abuse.
  3. Any repairs or modifications made by unauthorized personnel.
  4. Failure to follow the instructions and guidelines provided in the user manual.
  5. Damage caused by non-domestic use or commercial applications.
  6. Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the product.

Claiming Your Limited Warranty Service in 5 Simple Steps:

  1. Make sure your product is within the specified limited warranty period.
  2. Make sure you have a copy of the invoice and order ID or proof of purchase.
  3. Make sure you have your product. DO NOT dispose of your product before contacting us.
  4. Contact our Customer Support team via service@tastee.net.
  5. Once our Customer Support team has approved your request, please return the product with a copy of the invoice and order ID.
OTHER LIMITATIONS: EXCEPT WHERE SUCH LIABILITY IS REQUIRED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER, AND TASTEE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGE TO, OR LOSS OF USE OF THE PRODUCT, OR LOST SALES OR PROFITS OR DELAY OR FAILURE TO PERFORM THIS WARRANTY OBLIGATION. THE REMEDIES PROVIDED HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES UNDER THIS WARRANTY, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, OTHERWISE.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may change the terms and availability of this limited warranty at our discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.
