Tastee Return Policy

Any purchase made directly through the tastee.net website can be returned within 90 days of receipt for a full refund.

How To Return An Item:

You must return the item within 90 days of purchase, returned items must be in the same new condition, unworn, and in the original packaging.
If you need to return an item, please contact customer support at service@tastee.net to verify the situation and obtain a return address. You will need to provide your own prepaid label and pay for shipping yourself (please note that we recommend purchasing trackable shipping as Tastee is responsible for lost packages and assumes no responsibility), please provide Tastee with the shipping tracking number after the product is returned.

Within 3-5 business days after the item is received and verified to be in new condition, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Return Exceptions:

In order to be eligible for a refund, the item and all included parts must be received in new and unused condition. Items showing signs of usage or physical damage will either be ineligible for a refund or may receive a reduced refund, at Tastee’s discretion.

Damaged Products:

If your product has arrived damaged, please keep the product and contact our support team at service@tastee.net. In your message, please provide us with your:

* Order number
* Brief description of the problem
* Photos of the issue

OPTIONS FOR YOU:

* We resend you the new products and you can return the items to us.
* We fully refund you and you can return the items to us.
* You can keep the items and we will partially refund you.

COST OF RETURN:

We will cover the shipping fee if you choose to return the defective items. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

PLEASE NOTE:

* Any damaged items that have signs of artificial damage will be declined.
* We only offer refunds to the original payment method used to make the order.
